Standard cable lugs and terminals: from 1,000 pcs per size. Cable ties: from 10,000 pcs per size. Terminal blocks, cable glands and power fittings: from 500–1,000 pcs per item. Mixed-size and mixed-item trial orders are negotiable — tell us your target quantity and we will work out the best configuration.

Yes. Stock samples are free — you only cover the courier cost. Custom (marked or non-standard) samples carry a sampling fee, usually USD 30–100 depending on tooling, and the fee is deducted from your bulk order.

Both. We are a manufacturer and we supply panel builders, switchgear OEMs, EPC contractors, electrical wholesalers and trading companies. No exclusivity restriction on our standard range.

Yes. Options include cable marking stamps on lugs, laser marking, custom colours, private-label boxes and printed cartons. OEM packaging is available from moderate volumes.

Yes. Send the physical sample or a drawing. We analyse material, dimensions and plating, then quote against it. If an exact match is not possible we tell you upfront and propose the closest alternative.

Yes. Non-standard lugs, glands and fittings are made to drawing. Tooling lead time is typically 10–20 days depending on complexity, and the tool remains dedicated to your orders.

CE and RoHS documentation for relevant product families, REACH declarations, material certificates (copper 99.9% T2/C1100, stainless 304/316), and ISO 9001 factory certification. Third-party testing (SGS, TUV) can be arranged at cost. Products follow DIN 46235/46234, IEC 60947-7-1, UL 1059 and GB/DIN/ANSI/BS standards where applicable.

Incoming material inspection, in-process checks, AQL 2.5 final inspection, and a photo/video pre-shipment report sent to you before the goods leave the factory. Defect rate history is tracked per item.

Stock items: 3–7 days. Custom production: 7–15 days after confirmation; non-standard tooling 10–20 days. Peak season adds 5–7 days. Express delivery takes another 3–7 days depending on destination.

T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment is standard. PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance for samples and small orders. L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000. Prices are quoted in USD by default.

EXW, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP door-to-door. DDP is available for Russia (rail and truck), Southeast Asia, the Middle East and most of Europe, with duty and local delivery included in one price.

Yes, regularly. Russia is served by rail and truck DDP; Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines by sea freight plus local delivery. We handle the export documents.

Standard export packing: polybag inner, neutral carton outer, palletising on request. OEM printed boxes and cartons available. Every carton carries your shipping marks.

Report within 15 days of arrival with photos, video and an inspection report. After verification we replace the defective quantity in the next shipment or issue a credit note.

Yes. We sign an NDA on request. Your drawings, tooling and specifications are never reused for other customers, and custom tooling remains dedicated to your orders.
